ORGANIZING FOR JUSTICE
BUILDING COMMUNITY WITHOUT A CONGREGATION
IndieJews is Jewish Community Action's response to conversations we had with Jews not affiliated with congregations. We saw a need for a new kind of community, a way for Jews to connect with one another outside of traditional meeting spaces, and a means for taking action together, as Jews, on the social and economic justice issues that affect us all.

We are of all age groups, genders, and orientations. We are activists, teachers, students, artists, attorneys, and scientists. We are Conservative, Reform, Inter-faith, and Secular Jews. We meet in coffee shops and for vegetarian Shabbat dinners, and we invite you to join us.
