Jacob Kraus

Community Organizer

Jacob joined the JCA Staff in July 2018 after three years of social justice advocacy, organizing, education and leadership development work at the Religious Action Center of Reform Judaism both in Washington, DC and New York, NY. Jacob is no stranger to JCA, having interned here when he was a student at Macalester College. He is thrilled to be back in the Twin Cities and to be organizing the Decriminalizing Communities Campaign, working toward a vision of community that embraces where all people receive respect, compassion, and justice, regardless of race, religion, immigration status, or criminal record. A native of Cincinnati, OH, Jacob also enjoys cooking and communal singing.
