What makes this Give to the Max Day different from all other Give to the Max Days? We're glad you asked!

First, this year's Give to the Max Day falls on November 18th. You may know that 18 has a special place in Jewish numerology; it symbolizes chai - life.

It's fitting date for a day where folks from across the state, and country, come together to give life to our local, Jewish organizing. You can join the fun by scheduling your gift today.

Second, this will be the last Give to the Max Day with Executive Director Carin Mrotz at the helm of JCA. As we announced last month, Carin is working with the board to transition to new leadership who will continue growing our powerful Jewish organizing.

Carin has worked at JCA for the last 18 years, and led our first Give to the Max Day drive in 2010. Honor her fearless leadership by making a donation through her personal fundraiser for JCA!

But what makes this Give to the Max Day truly special is what makes it similar to all the other Give to the Max Days; it is an opportunity to support urgent organizing for housing justice, immigrant rights, public safety reform and multiracial democracy.

Todah rabah - thank you so much for supporting a strong, Jewish voice for justice precisely when it's needed most.
