Our faith teaches us the value of kavod ha’briyot, respect for individual dignity. Everyone deserves autonomy over their lives and bodies. Our vision of a just society includes the ability of every Minnesotan to access the reproductive and gender-affirming healthcare they need, and the protection from discrimination based on sex, orientation, gender identity or expression, or pregnancy outcome.
Minnesota is a sanctuary for reproductive rights and gender-affirming care, but the work isn’t done.

I believe we need to protect our hard-won victories from attacks at every level of government, and we must pass an expansive and inclusive Equal Rights Amendment (ERA) in Minnesota to protect everyone from discrimination.
Right now, we’re building a multi-faith coalition to serve as a movement hub for all of us who dream of a world where every one of us has bodily autonomy, and where our rights are not only protected, but we can thrive.
